Meet our Board of Directors
If you’d like to know more about me then visit my
bio page that
Sander insist I put on our website! I am pleased to introduce my fellow
board members and explain why I believe we make a wonderful team
advocating for animals!
Sander and I are longtime buds from High School and we share a passion
for animals. He and his wife Susan have rescued parrots for well over a
decade and provide a royal lifestyle for them. Sander is the
Marketing Director at a prominent litigation boutique in NYC and he has
generously given his time to help to take 22reasons to the next level.
He and another colleague from the legal marketing world, fellow board
member Dalia El-Newehy, helped to create the new website which is beyond
my wildest dreams! Sander's value to this project is immeasurable and
his innate loving nature is exactly what I want to include on this team.
Dalia is the Marketing Coordinator for a Manhattan law firm and she has largely created
our glorious website out of thin air! She is a self-taught design
mastermind with tangible kindness ooozing from her voice.
Dahlias are my favorite flowers and I envision one every time we have an exchange! She loves animals and the great outdoors, and loves helping out 22 reasons when she can!
Liz and I grew up going to the same lake in the Adirondacks - we both
love to discuss random topics for hours on the dock or in front of a
campfire. She has encouraged all of my pursuits and she has inspired me
with her unending ambitions. Liz is an executive coach. She works
with individuals, teams and corporations of all sizes in New York area.
She is the mother of 3 amazing children, wife of a wonderful man named
Chris and caretaker of 2 very cool dogs. Liz offers an intelligent,
straight forward opinion, and valuable insight from years of
participating in various high ranking business positions - I believe she
is a much needed sounding board for our progress and success.
Andi and I became fast friends when she arrived with her menagerie of
animals to live on the farm next door. We have spent countless hours
talking and discussing our on-going projects plus, we delight in sharing
the latest antics of our four legged friends.
Andi has spent the last few years on the executive committee for “Focus on Haiti,” developing and implementing support systems for a community in dire circumstance. She is also working as an education lesion for La Puerta Abierta in Philadelphia. Previously, Andi was a board member for “Medicines for Humanity,” developing medical solutions in numerous communities around the world. Andi was also an elementary school teacher, in both public and private schools, for ten years while raising her two girls. And, she was the vice-president and marketing director for Wissahickon Spring Water, again, implementing vital solutions for communities abroad.
Andi’s years of experience as an educator, business woman, and
humanitarian make her an ideal member for 22reasons board of directors.
We are fortunate to add her insight to our team, and we welcome her
unmistakable compassion for people and animals!
